My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Plaza de Armas, but the noise from the walkie talkies in the morning was quite bothersome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a variety of TV channels in English, yet the constant hum of the fax machine next door was a downside.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were large, very clean, and featured a satellite television with numerous English channels. Although nice and spread across 3 levels, my room was next to the office with a noisy fax machine going off throughout the night.
Service

The staff were always friendly and more than helpful, making sure to assist in English. However, the early morning noise from the walkie talkies was quite disruptive.
Location

Dining

The dining experience was good with a variety of food options, but the limited selection was a bit underwhelming. Breakfast had a decent variety but could use more choices.
Facilities

The facilities were satisfactory, but the noise disturbances affected the overall experience. Perhaps some improvements in sound insulation would be beneficial.
